• Based in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia

• Completed Cert IV in Contemporary Art and Design in 2011 at the age of 59. Currently studying Art Diploma subjects part time
• Founding member of art4, an artist’s collective for new and emerging artists in Victoria’s South West begun in 2010
• Winner of the Warrnambool Art Gallery’s Peter Lucas Memorial Award 2011
• 1st solo exhibition – Peter Lucas Memorial Exhibition 2013 titled before i kick the bucket
• Several group exhibitions, 2011 – 2013
• Sculptor and installation artist using:
• mixed media– stone, wood, fabric, metal, photographs, paintings and other materials
• recycled and eco dyed materials
• Former community development and social justice worker, so interested in community art work and interactive art/installations
• Current topic of interest – ageing

volunteer art works with residents at Mercy Place aged care in Warrnambool
piece of work for the f generation project in september this year
making knitted items for yarn bombing week 2016
thinking about something for the fabrication project at the artery in warrnambool later this year
the “cut” project for next year (2016)
